PT INALUM (Persero) Celebrate the Eid al Adha 1443 H by sharing the Curban Animals to the Society

Batu Bara, 10 July 2022 – PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero) or PT INALUM (Persero) celebrates Hari Raya Edul Adha 1443 H by sharing 40 animal curban to the public around the company's operational area either in Smelter Kuala Tanjung area or Paritohan PLTA District. This program is a routine activity conducted by the company every crossing the Edul Adha as well as the company’s commitment in helping the surrounding community and stakeholders in delivering animal curban.

Vice President CSR/TJSL PT INALUM (Persero) Ali Hasian in Kuala Tanjung mentions that the division of this subject animal is the enthusiasm of the company in celebrating the Edul Adha together the community, as well as the speech of the company's gratitude began to recover the economy of the post Pandemi Covid-19 community in Indonesia.

“The parts of this animal are the company's routine program that every year are always enthusiastic to feel the happiness of celebrating the Edul Adha 1443 Anniversary. The division of this animal is also a company’s grateful speech to improve the economic and social conditions of the post Covid-19 community in Indonesia. We hope this help can describe the happiness and taste of the gratitude, ” said Ali.

Peanban animal parts to the community in doing in two main locations, namely Smelter Kuala Tanjung area and Paritohan PLTA Area. In the smelter area, PT INALUM (Persero) shares 27 animal curbans to the community in the villages in the administrative area around the company, namely the District of Sei Suka, Medang Deras, and White Water. Each cow shared has a weight of 80 kg and has passed the test of PMK disease.

Sementara in the Paritohan PLTA District, PT INALUM (Persero) shares 13 sacrificial animals consisting of 11 cow's tails and 2 goat tails shared to 11 villages around PLTA and also in supporting the program of the Toba police program by contributing 1 cow's tail.

Vice President CSR/PKBL PT INALUM (Persero) Iqbal Sidabutar in Paritohan mentions that any animal provided to the community is already supervised in order to be in accordance with the terms of quarry, as well as free from the PMK disease. Moreover, we also participate in programs of stakeholders who also carry out a quarry program.

“All animals we provide have gained strict supervision especially in heavy, age, and free from PMK's disease. We are grateful can also be quoted in similar activities held by TNI and Polri agencies around the company. We hope that this good intention can spread its area and benefit as many as people,” Iqbal said.
