INALUM produces Aluminium Foundry Alloy type A356.2 using a degassing process using nitrogen to remove hydrogen content and separate impurities so that the Aluminium Foundry Alloy products are high quality. This product can produce wheels, vehicle engine blocks, vehicle frames, and other automotive needs.
The process of producing Inalum's prime alloy which bears the trademark Inalloy is using ODT technology from Australia by ulizing reverberatory Furnace with Magnetic Stirrer that guarantees a hhomogeneous mixture. Ceramic Foam Filter is used to filering inclusioins to maintain the alloy quality

Statistical Quality Control for Prime Alloy Products, Backed by Accredited Inalum Laboratory
Quality control techniques based on statisti will ensure prime alloy products and it is in accordance with the standards of chemical compostiion by Inalum lanoratory that has been accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN). Each shipment/batch will be attached with a mill certificate from Inalum laboratory
