In line with the change in the company's status to a State-Owned Enterprise, Good Corporate Governance has become mandatory to be implemented properly in the Company in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises PER-01/MBU/2011 on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises. This implementation also plays an important role in achieving the Company's Vision and Mission. Every business activity must be in accordance with the Corporate Governance Policy which is specifically designed to optimize the Company's Value. Not just compliance with Regulations, the principles of Good Corporate Governance are adopted into the corporate culture to provide protection for Stakeholders' interests.
