INALUM identifies and engages all stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather feedback on business sustainability issues.

In terms of ESG implementation in the Company, the Company through the Decree of the President Director number SK-001/DIRUT/2024 has established the Environmental Social Governance ("ESG") Implementation Committee with the composition of the Supervisory Board is the President Director, the Steering Committee is the Director of Strategic Support and Human Capital and the management includes the chairman, deputy chairman Secretary, Environmental Aspect Coordinator, Social Aspect Coordinator and Governance Aspect Coordinator and members. Social and Environmental Responsibility Committee (TJSL).

The duties and responsibilities of the ESG & TJSL Committees are as follows:

1. The Chair and Vice Chair of the Committee represent management in implementing ESG performance standards, as well as in mapping and preparing the TJSL programs within the company
2. Support the fulfillment of ESG performance standard requirements, including ASI performance standards and MIND ID's Sustainable Business Guidelines and Implementing Policies.
3. Assist in the mapping and preparation of TJSL programs.
4. Implement ESG performance standards and TJSL programs covering environmental, social, and governance aspects.
5. Conduct ESG materiality assessments in accordance with the methodology outlined in the sustainable business guidelines.
6. Manage ESG data required for the ASI self-assessment and the Company’s Sustainability Report.
7. Report ESG performance to Top Management and the Advisory Board for evaluation and guidance at least once a year or as requested.
8. Hold regular meetings at least once annually.
9. Conduct mapping and development of TJSL programs.
10. Assist the President Director in ensuring TJSL program implementation complies with laws, regulations, and policies, including MIND ID’s Strategic Guidelines and Implementing Policies.
11. Ensure the implementation of TJSL programs aligns with the company’s established goals, taking into account MIND ID’s directives and policies.
12. Assist the President Director in evaluating the implementation of TJSL programs.
13. To support its duties, the committee may coordinate with relevant departments, sections, or other functions within the company.
