Leading Achievement: Inalum Receives Prestigious Award
One of the requirements to become a key player is the ability to carry out work processes, production processes, and services with a global standard method called ISO. This method meets the requirements that INALUM has, in principle, implemented since its inception.
Since the construction period, the company's commitment to ensure natural and environmental preservation has been completed, where INALUM has obtained ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Certification. Regarding environmental conservation, INALUM has received a Green Rating in the "Company Performance Rating Program (PROPER)", a program for company performance in preserving the environment. For the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, INALUM has received a Gold Flag.
Awards and Certification
INALUM has been certified with a Quality Management System (ISO 9001:1994) since April 6, 1998. The following are the Quality Management System certificates currently held by INALUM:
- Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) issued by SGS United Kingdom Ltd: No.: ID03/00239, with a certification scope covering Aluminium Smelting and Casting into Ingots, Billets and Alloys, and Hydroelectric Power, including associated site activities. Valid from October 5th, 2024 to October 5th, 2027.
INALUM has been certified under the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System since August 11, 2020. The following are the Anti-Bribery Management System certifications currently held by INALUM:
- Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001:2016) issued by Mutu International, with Certificate No.: ABMS - 032, and Accreditation No.: LSSMAP-005-IDN. Valid from August 18th, 2023, to August 11th, 2026.

INALUM has also received Environmental Management System certification since April 5, 2002. The following are the Environmental Management System certificates currently held by INALUM:
- Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015) issued by SGS United Kingdom Ltd: No.: ID22/55087 on April 5, 2002, with a certification scope covering aluminum casting and molding into ingots, billets, and alloys, as well as hydroelectric power plants, including related activities. Valid from August 29, 2024, to August 20, 2027.
To ensure security at INALUM's port, INALUM received certification:
- ISPS Code dated 3 June 2005 from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
INALUM has received an Information Security Management System certification, namely:
- Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) from the British Standards Institution (BSI), on April 5, 2023.
- Information Security Management System Audit Certificate No.: S/333/XII/PAM.1/2024 from the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, on December 9, 2024.

INALUM has been certified with the Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2018) since January 3, 2019. The following are the Energy Management System certifications currently held by INALUM:
- Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2018) from SGS Italia S.p.A.: No.: ID24/ 00000330, with a certification scope covering Aluminum Investment and Casting into Ingots, Billets and Alloys as well as Hydroelectric Power Plants, including related activities. Valid from January 3, 2025 to January 2, 2028.
INALUM won the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) Performance Standard Certificate, namely:
- ASI V3 (2022) with a certification scope of Aluminum smelting and Casthouses on January 5, 2023, from the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative with certificate No. 246, valid until January 4, 2026.
- As evidence that INALUM controls important aspects that affect the entire aluminum value chain including greenhouse gas emissions, waste management, materials management, biodiversity and human rights.

INALUM has obtained the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certificate on November 10, 2025. INALUM's EPD certificate indicates that the aluminum products produced have been verified and validated in reporting environmental impacts and the entire product life cycle from extraction to disposal.
