PT Indonesia Aluminium Alloy (IAA) is a subsidiary of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (INALUM) that officially began operations in 2023. Operating in the midstream aluminium industry, IAA focuses on producing secondary aluminium billets with a casting capacity of up to 30,000 tons per year, to be developed in phases.

PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (BAI) is a subsidiary jointly owned by INALUM and PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM), established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. BAI is developing the Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (SGAR Project) in Mempawah, West Kalimantan, with a production capacity of 1 million tons of alumina per year expandable in the future. This project supports national downstream initiatives by refining bauxite into high-value alumina products.
