PT Indonesia Aluminium Alloy (IAA) is a subsidiary of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (INALUM) that officially began operations in 2023. Operating in the midstream aluminium industry, IAA focuses on producing secondary aluminium billets with a casting capacity of up to 30,000 tons per year, to be developed in phases.
PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (BAI) is a subsidiary jointly owned by INALUM and PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM), established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. BAI is developing the Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (SGAR Project) in Mempawah, West Kalimantan, with a production capacity of 1 million tons of alumina per year expandable in the future. This project supports national downstream initiatives by refining bauxite into high-value alumina products.
PT Sinergi Mitra Lestari Indonesia (SMLI) is an affiliated company within the MIND ID Group. It provides integrated services for hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste management, as well as centralized operations in Information Technology, Human Capital, Finance, and Supply Chain Management across the Group. SMLI was established under Indonesian law and is supported by MIND ID member entities including INALUM, PT Antam Resourcindo, PT Bukit Multi Investama, and PT Timah Investasi Mineral.
