INALUM Perform a Silaturahmi Program “Safari Ramadhan” to 80 Mosques Around the Company

Sumatera Utara, April 27th 2022 - PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero) or INALUM during the month of Ramadan 2022, conducting silaturahmi visit as well as social santunan to 80 mosques around the company. This activity is one of the annual INALUM activities aimed at improving ukhuwah silaturahmi between companies with communities around the company in North Sumatra.

Deputi Secretary of the Company INALUM Mahyaruddin said that the program is the expression of the company's gratitude after passing difficult times during the pandemi and as a manifestation of the company's overview in commemorating the silaturahmi strap between the community with the company by utilizing the Ramadhan moment. It was submitted by Mahyaruddin in Masjid Raya Tarutung (25/4).

“Alhamdulillah, for a month, INALUM is consistently coming and pay attention to the community around the company by providing santunan and visits to be satisfied with the community in mosques around the company. We hope to return to doing this good activity in the next year, and hope that this activity can continue to get support from society and can provide sustainable benefits to the company or to mosques around the company,” Mahyaruddin said.

INALUM Ramadhan Safari Program is a collaboration initiated by TJSL/CSR Team and Humas Team. The program contains several activities, including the opening of the joint fasting, and the provision of the orphans, and the help of santunan for the operation of the mosque. Overall, there is a total of 80 mosques located around the company’s operational region either in the Batu Bara district or Toba Lake area that get a visit and assistance.

Senior Vice President TJSL/CSR INALUM Ismail Midi hopes that the santunan and assistance provided can help the mosque’s prosperity in running mosque operations in order to provide adequate services to the pilgrims who currently focus on worshiping during Ramadan. We hope this help will help the pilgrims to be able to be more intimate in running worship during Ramadan.

“Bentuk support and assistance of the company is realized in providing orphans and mosque-masjid operational assistance as a step of the company in supporting mosque worship activities as well as we also support the activities of the agency by bringing ustad-ustad which will provide lectures in the series of tarawih prayers in the mosque, Insya God, the pilgrims can be more soleyuk in worship,” Ismail said.
