INALUM Implements Certification Exam Preparation Training Program At 194 Teacher

Medan, October 12th 2022 – PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero) or PT. INALUM (Persero) shows commitment in supporting the educational world in North Sumatra by implementing the Teacher Certification Exam Preparation Training Program to 194 participants who are teachers from 34 cities/Kabupaten in North Sumatra Province.

TJSL Field Development coordinator of the Ministry of BUMN, Teddy Purnomo calls that this program is one of the commitments to synergize with BUMN in giving appreciation and growing the spirit for teachers who pass the certification exam.

“Goals program is to support so that teachers can pass certification exam. The training material is obtained from another BUMN who has experienced implementing training in cooperation with Indonesia Education and Education Department (UPI),” Teddy said.

Sementara, CSR/TJSL PT INALUM (Persero) Ismail Midi mentions that this series of activities is the commitment of the company in developing the quality of the SDM (teacher) to be able to educate the successive generation in North Sumatra.

“We stamped a lot of praise and gratitude to the Most Esa God, because with this program, INALUM can demonstrate its commitment in supporting the development of SDM in the educational world, namely to the teaching power or teachers who have had a teaching experience but have not been certification, through the Bakti BUMN Program For Teachers in the form of the provision of Teacher Certification Help.” said Ismail Midi.

The Master Certification Exam Preparation Training Program aims to improve the quality of Education through improving the competence of teachers, and also helps improve the wellbeing of teachers through providing assistance and certification training that will add teachers’ income.

The program began to be held on September 2022 until October 30th 2022. The target target target of certification training is PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA/SMK Teacher and SLB Teacher. Teacher data is obtained through the help of Kab/City Education Office and Provincial Education Office.

With the implementation of this program INALUM has appointed its commitment in realizing the superior human resources in North Sumatra. And expected the quality of educators is better in educating and preparing generations of successors in North Sumatra.
