INALUM Celebrate National River Day 2023 By Clean the Deli River

Medan, 29 July 2023 – PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum or INALUM presents
comitment to the environment by celebrating the National River Day 2023 in the way
collaborated with the Ministry of BUMN, Shop, and PTPN III pursuing
Sungai Deli Medan. Activities with themes Using a white uniform attribute written
AKHLAK, the activity raised the theme of BUMN Environmental Movement, initiation of
BUMN Tourism, received citizen appreciation.

Corporate Secretary INALUM Mahyaruddin Ende said that this program is
INALUM joint as part of the large family of North Sumatra and Indonesia in terms of
rivers. Ende hopes, this activity can continue to exist and more parties that can be
collaborated.

in North Sumatra. We from INALUM whose energy comes from the river stream felt

Mahyaruddin.

BUMN Environmental Movement is an environmental concern movement carried out by
BUMN for better earth by doing waste cleaning, working together
with “Plustik” which is a low-value waste treatment start-up to be used
more sustainable novel items. The activity consists of two activities, Yaotu Beach/River
Clean up which is a clean activity - clean the beach / airport followed by Milenial BUMN,
Social Communities, and local communities. The second activity is the Management Workshop
sampah is a means of local community education on waste utilization
can be managed properly so it is economically worth and can become gold savings.

 

In North Sumatra, INALUM with PTPN III and the Shop became the party that plunge
in this activity, this time in the Deli Medan River. In the opening of this activity,
INALUM exerts the INALUM Volunteers that become part of 500 participants clean the river
originating from the shoppers, PTPN III, and students/i University Prima Indonesia.

In addition to INALUM, Pegadaian, and PTPN III, also the Special Staff III Minister of BUMN, Arya
Sinulingga; Leader of PT Pegadaian Kanwil 1 Medan, Arief Rinardi Sunardi; representatives of BNI,
PTPN III, Inalum, PLN, HK, Mandiri, PT KIM, PT Taspen, Pertamina, and university students
Prima Indonesia, who participated in the net-cleaning of the Deli River.
