INALUM and Collaborated Teacher Room Improves Teaching Quality

Sumatera Utara, 30 May 2023 - PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (INALUM) collaborated
with the Master Room conducts the Improvement program for the
educators who reside in the area around operations in Paritohan. This activity
is the commitment of INALUM in improving the quality of the community around the company
and the support of the company's concrete to the vision of the improvement of the human resources from the Government
Indonesia.

Daniel J.P. Hutauruk Senior Vice President of the Administration Department of INALUM conveys
thank you to the Teacher Room and all participants present in the upgrading activity
competension. He hopes that similar programs can be done also at the location of
etc so that competence can be more evenly.

“We are from INALUM grateful for the collaboration and participation of all parties so
the increase in this competence can run smoothly. We hope that this activity can be
increase the quality of education from the side of the teacher so that the acceleration of the progress of education
in Indonesia can be faster reached. Hopefully the current running program can be
role models in other schools,” said Daniel.

PKP activities that last from December 2022 to April 2023 followed by
enthusiastic by 25 teachers who came from the State SMA 1 Meranti Pohan Doors
total 10 participants and from the State SMA 1 Songsongan as many as 15 participants. The indicator
the success of PKP activities can be assessed from several variables including the level of activity
Reach 100 %; Pedagogic Competency Test ( UKP ) increases up to 17 %; as well as
the security of technology related to the learning process of teaching more
is better.

Zainuddin Iqbal Sidabutar as Vice President of CSR INALUM calls that Training Commercial competence ( PKP ) is a INALUM in running three CSR pillars of BUMN  i.e. UMKM empowerment, Environment and Education. He calls that in the pillar  the educator needs to be carried out a good refreshment in the teaching method or increased  the competent in teaching teaching due to many advanced changes in this time.

with a joint photo session as well as awarding for the best participants in
some categories namely: Participant Of The Month, Best Of final competence test, Best Of
RBFT, Best Of Webinar, The Most Improved Teacher, and The Best Teacher.
