Ali Said is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the business world, recognized for strong leadership across various industrial sectors. Born in Indramayu in 1966, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Bandung Islamic University (UNISBA). He currently leads and manages several national companies in the energy, agribusiness, tourism, and property sectors.
His positions include President Director of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk., President Director of PT Karya Abadi Selaras, and President Commissioner of PT Crystal Cakrawala Indah. His long-standing experience in company management, coupled with a broad network within the business community, makes him a valuable asset in strengthening INALUM’s supervisory function and strategic development.
Beyond his corporate roles, he is active in business organizations and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) for the 2024–2029 period. His involvement in various industry associations provides a comprehensive perspective on the dynamics of the national economy, which is highly relevant to reinforcing INALUM’s strategic position as part of the state-owned industrial ecosystem.
Currently, he also serves as a Member Audit Committee.
